Like Chocolate? Its Raw Material is From Here

You name it : Delfi, Silver Queen, Kit Kat, Toblerone, etc. All international brands are a good tasted chocolate. But almost all the chocolate that tastes good, takes raw materials from this area. A village in West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, called Pati'di Village. And here is our interview with Pati'di Village Head.

The cocoa, which is cultivated by Pati'di Village farmers, is also processed by the locals and turned into chocolate. But unfortunately, the production capacity and technology of the entrepreneurs of the area, are less supported by the government. As a result, chocolate is only exported as raw material, not original Sulawesi processed chocolate.
